Mega Industrial Initiatives announced by KPEZDMC in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that will bring Industrial Revolution in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• GoKP plans to generate 700MWs Electricity by setting-up 3 Gas Plants to supply uninterrupted electricity to New Industrial Estates, these plants will be in Hattar, Rashkai & Kohat.
• 16 Industrial Estates will be established across the province to eliminate Unemployment & Poverty.
• Ground Breaking of 424 Acres Hattar Phase VII took place last year.
• Industrial Estate spreading over 1400 Acres will fetch 70 Billion rupees to province.
• Work will be started on 300 Acres Rashkai Estate soon.
• Industrial Estates planned in other districts includes :-
> 1000 Acres in Kohat & Dera Ismail Khan
> 500 Acres in Karak
> 400 Kanals in Swat
> 250 Acres in Chakdara
> 2 Estates of about 350 Acres in Chitral
> 400 Acres in Bannu
> 100 Acres Estate & 50 Acres Truck Terminal in Manshera
> 200 Acres Marble City in Buner
