We are like oranges , if you squeeze them they get orange juice . And if people squeeze you and all what you let out is grudges , hatred , envy , negativity , it is only because they were inside you from the beginning like orange juice . We say that people get out the worst of us . Well , that means that the worst was already there . Instead of blaming them for squeezing the real you out , train your self and filter your orange juice to only have forgiveness , love , appreciation , admiration and positivity rather than having grudges , hatred , envy and negativity .
