Sher Afgan Khan is the owner Pakistan based Serene Air

* Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has granted airline licence to Serene Air.
* Eighty percent of work has been completed to launch Serene Air.
* Serene Air will start operations with three Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
* Initially, the airline will operate flights on Pakistan domestic routes for two years.
* After successfully completing two years of operations on domestic routes, the airline will be allowed to operate flights on international routes.
* The airline will need to have at least five aircraft to start international flights.
