Students Activities Day Celebrated in Pakistan Study Center Peshawar

Under the auspices of Pakistan Studies Students Society, Students Activities Day was celebrated in Pakistan Study Centre University of Peshawar on 1st October 2014. Male and female students recited Qirat, Naat, poetry and delivered speeches on various themes. Students who participated included Muhammad Faheemullah, Sayeda Sadaf Shehzadi, Salma Izzat, Muhammad Ziauddin, Lal Said, and Muhammad Akmal. Dr. Abdullah Khan was also present on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, patron of the society and Director Dr. Fakhr-ul-Islam said that for playing a constructive role in the society, we need balanced personalities. It is only possible if we involve young generation in co curricular activities. He announced a package of activities for the current semester which will include seminars, study tours, sports gala meet-a-celebrity and debates.
