Justice for PK 95

A bi-election was held in PK 95 Dir KPK due to the resign of Sirajul Haq from provincial assembly KPK.
Meanwhile another candidate Izaz ul Mulk Afkari contested the election and won the constituency.
But even after 6 month of election , the Election commission of Pakistan failed to issue an official notification for the winning candidate of the constituency.
This delay from the ECP  side have resulted an anxiety  among the people of PK 95.
The local people consider this  attitude of ECP as an attack on their rights as they do not have there representative in assembly to speak for them.
On Twitter a trend have been created to protest against ECP's irresponsible behavior along with a physical protest leading by the winning candidate was held in front ECP office.
In a protest , the winning candidate express his views having a stance that ECP has committed a violation of law as they are not issuing a proper notification of his win officially.
He further said that the long term silence of ECP regarding the notification is illegal , immoral and consider an attack on the mandate and rights of local people.

Pak-China Economic Corridor

No one can deny the importance of Pak China Economic Corridor.
Moreover , it was believed that not only this grand project will be warmly welcomed by the nation but it was also considered that its benefit would be extended to every citizen of Pakistan with full justice .
The point of sadness is that that we were engaged in a conversation that , from where the rout  should be passed.
According to the government of KPK, Punjab is ignoring the feasibility and want to pass it with in its territory. Which they consider a total injustice with the people of KPK by keeping them away to be benefited from its fruit.
On the other hand ,Central government have issued a statement that they will not deprive any one from his right. In fact,  This is an optimistic good news for us.
But if you see,  the status of  central government is just like a big brother in a state and its responsibility includes to take care of all the legal  rights of elders. 
In this situation ,the central government need to took all the provinces in confidence and insure them that their right will never be violated.
Moreover , the government need to stream-line this project with a mutual consultation. So that it should be completed in a given deadline and lead to a prosperous Pakistan.
Currently Pakistan intensively need the integrity among the various nation living with in and the central government should not take such a decision which could possibly hurt the wish of integrity.
Its an historical fact that KPK and FATA was always ignored in the developmental process initiated by the central government. That's why a sense of inferiority was found among them.

I want to concentrate your attention to a very important issue and that is that , generally India always attacks on our cultural values and civilization in every front. There numerous TV channels are busy in  feeding  sweet poison to our nation.
but I will try to talk about those Indian's channels which are running cartoon's series .In which they are trying to transfer there culture and religion to change the mind of innocent children.  Thus spoiling the minds of innocent kids of our nation. 
I appeal in the honor of authoritative persons, that please come  forward and save our children from these passive attacks of Indian Hindu Media.
Please do care about our upcoming generation.  
This can be possible by establishing a channel for kids , which can produce healthy programs for children and enable them to learn about our culture and religion.

اب سراج الحق کیا کرے؟؟؟

تاریخ سے سبق نہ لینے والے  خود تاریخ بن جاتے  ہیں۔ نوشتہ دیوار نہ پڑھنے والے دیواروں کے پیچھے چھپ جاتے ہیں۔  زندہ  وہ قومیں رہ جاتی ہیں  جو حقیقت کا سامنا کریں اور حالات کا دھارا تبدیل کرنے کا تہیہ کرلیں۔تربیت یافتہ افراد  اور جہد مسلسل  البتہ حصول منزل کو آسان کردیتا ہے۔ دیر بالا کے ضمنی الیکشن میں بھی جماعت اسلامی کے ساتھ کچھ ایسا  ہی ہوا ۔ یہ بحث ابھی تک جاری ہے کہ  جماعت اسلامی جیسی اصولی پارٹی نے جعلی ڈگری رکھنے والے اپنے ایک رکن  اور ممبر اسمبلی کے خلاف کوئی  تادیبی کاروائی کیوں نہ کی۔ اگرچہ ہنوز یہ معاملہ جماعت اسلامی کی اصول پسندی، اخلاقی برتری اور اندرونی جمہوریت سمیت خوداحتسابی کے دعوؤں کو سوالیہ نشان بنارہے ہیں۔ جماعت اسلامی کیوں ہار گئی اور اب کیا کرے۔ ہارنے کی کئی ایک وجوہات ہوسکتی ہیں ان میں سے دو انتہائی اہم ہیں۔ ایک یہ کہ جماعت اسلامی نے اپنی حلیف پارٹی پی ٹی آئی کو کیوں قائل نہ کیا کہ وہ اپنا امیدوار کھڑا کرتے۔اسلیئے کہ  پی ٹی آئی  والوں نے اپنی اتحادی جماعت کی بجائے مخالف امیدوار کو ووٹ دیا جس کی وجہ سے جماعت اسلامی کو بہت نقصان اٹھانا پڑا اور یہ بات انہونی بھی نہیں تھی۔ کیونکہ حالیہ بلدیاتی الیکشن میں خاصکر دیر کی تحصیل ادینزائی میں پی ٹی آی نے اپنی حلیف  جماعت اسلامی  کو باوجود اتحاد کے ووٹ نہیں دیا تھا۔ لیکن افسوس کہ اس بار بھی  داعیان اسلام نہیں سمجھے۔ اس کی ایک وجہ شاید یہ بھی ہوکہ دیر میں پی ٹی آئی جماعت اسلامی کو سٹیٹس کو  سمجھتی ہے۔ ا ب تبدیلی کے متوالوں نے    ثناء اللہ کی صورت میں پرانا داعی انقلاب اور حالیہ جیالا دیکھ لیا جو  جماعت اسلامی کو ٹف ٹایم دے سکتا تھا۔ تو چلتی گاڑی میں یہ بھی سوار  ہوگئے۔ اور بالاخر جماعت اسلامی اپنی تمام تر کوششوں کے باوجود کامیاب نہ ہوسکی۔

دوسری اہم وجہ یہ بنی کہ جماعت اسلامی نے  ملک بہرام کے بیٹے  کو ٹکٹ دیا۔ جس سے اس بحث نے بھی جنم لیا تھا جو ابھی بھی مدھم آواز میں جاری ہے۔کہ جماعت میں موروثیت کیوں شروع کی گئی ۔ اور اس واقعے کو مخالفین سمیت جماعت اسلامی کے ان کارکنان نے بھی خوب اچھالا۔ جو جماعت کو مروجہ سیاسی پارٹی سے زیادہ  اسلامی تحریک سمجھتے ہیں۔  اس فکر کے کارکنان جو پہلے سے اس بات پر پریشان تھے کے جعلی ڈگری پر بہرام خان کا مواخذہ کیوں نہ کیا گیا اوپر سے اس کے بیٹے کو ٹکٹ دینا گویا  موصوف کی غلطی کو سند قبولیت فراہم کرنا تھا۔   یعنی بیمار ہوئے جس کے سبب اسی عطار کے لونڈے سے دوا خریدنا  کے مصداق ٹھری۔لہذا ثناءاللہ جو جماعت اسلامی کے رکن سے پیپلز پارٹی کے جیالے بنے تھے   اور دیر کے مذہبی گھرانے یعنی  صاحبزادہ خاندان سے تعلق رکھنے کی وجہ سے ہمدردیاں حاصل کرنے میں کامیاب رہے۔

جماعت اسلامی جو پاکستان کی سیاسی تاریخ میں محدود پارلیمانی قوت رکھنے کے باوجود  سٹریٹ پاور رکھتی ہے اور کسی بھی وقت بطور پریشر گروپ حکومت کیلئے مسائل پیدا کرسکتی ہے۔  یہ پارٹی ملک کے اندر اندرونی جمہوریت ، مخصوص طرز فکر  ،خود احتسابی   اور اپنے نظریئے سے کمٹمنٹ  کےحوالے سے مشہور ہے۔ جبکہ بیرونی دنیا کی اسلامی تحریکوں سے بھی اس پارٹی کا رابطہ گزشتہ  سے پیوشتہ ہے ۔

اب جماعت اسلامی کے سامنے دو سوال   ہیں۔ ایک اخلاقی لحاظ سے دوسرا سیاسی لحاظ سے۔

          پہلا سوال یہ  کہ حالیہ جعلی ڈگری کیس کے بعد جماعت اسلامی کا کوئی لیڈر  سینہ تان کے کہہ سکے گا۔کہ جماعت اسلامی میں کوئی جعل ساز نہیں؟  اس حال میں کہ ابھی تک کوئی پالیسی بیان بھی جماعت نے جاری نہیں کیا۔

دوسرا سوال یہ کہ کیا اپنے خول میں بند جماعت اسلامی مستقبل کے سیاسی اکھاڑے میں کوئی کارنامہ سرانجام دے سکتا ہے ؟؟ جبکہ اس پارٹی کے کارکنان اپنی ہر ناکامی کے پیچھے امریکہ ، اسرائیل اور ملکی نادیدہ قوتوں کو ذمہ دار ٹہرا رہے ہیں۔

اہم نکتہ یہ کہ اب  جماعت اسلامی کیا کرے۔  اخلاقی لحاظ سے ایک پالیسی بیان جاری کیا جاسکتا ہے۔جس میں جعلی سازی کے حوالے سے جماعت کی پالیسی واضح ہو۔ پارٹی کے اندر موجوہ احتساب  کے نظام کو موثر بنا کر  دوٹوک فیصلے کرنے ہونگے۔تاکہ کارکنان اور عوام کے ذہن میں یہ تاثر پیدا کیا جاسکے کہ یہ پارٹی اب بھی اپنے اصولوں پر قایم ہے۔

سیاسی حوالے سے اس پارٹی کے لوگوں کو اپنے مخصوص طرز فکر کو چھوڑنا ہوگا۔ عوام کے درمیان آ کر ان کے مسایل حل کرنے کیلئے کوشش کرنی چاہیے ۔ عالمگیر انقلاب کے خوشنما نعرے کو کچھ وقت کیلئے چھوڑ کے اپنے سیاسی اور تنظیمی دنیا میں انقلاب لانا ہوگا۔ بصورت دیگر صرف نعرے ہی نعرے رہ جاینگے تو پھرنقار خانے میں طوطی کا کون سنتا ہے

اس ساری بحث میں ایک اور اہم نکتہ یہ شامل کرتا چلوں کہ پارٹی کے موجودہ امیر جو اپنی شخصیت میں ایک نفیس انسان ہے کے دور انتخاب میں جماعت اسلامی کے اندر  نظریاتی اور سیاسی کارکنان کے درمیان ایک بڑھتا ہوا خلیج موجودہے جو بدقسمتی سے اب بھی کئی سادہ لوح دوستوں کو نظر نہیں آرہا۔ وقت کے ساتھ بڑھتے اس خلیج کو پر نہ کیا گیا۔ تو پھر اپنے آپس میں الجھے عالمگیر انقلاب   کے داعی ان مخلص پاکستانیوں کیلئے افسوس ہی کیا جاسکتا ہے۔

الیکشن ہارنے کے بعد جماعت کے رہنماوں نے اپنے ہارنے والے امیدوار کیساتھ پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے تمام ذمہ داری پی ٹی آی  پر ڈال دی ۔ جو یقینا اس وقت ایک غلط شاٹ کھیلنے کے مترادف ہے ۔  بہرحال اس غلط شاٹ کا عمران خان نے ایک پنجابی  شعر  کے ذریعے جواب دے کر ماحول کو کشفت و زعفران ببنا دیا ورنہ اتحاد پر گہرئے سیاہ بادل بھی  چھا سکتے تھے۔بہتر ہوتا اگر جماعت اپنے صفوں کا جائزہ لیتی اور  مقامی طور پر کیے گیئے اپنے فیصلوں پر سوچتی کہ غلطی کہاں ہوئی ہے۔  اب بھی وقت ہے کہ آنے والے الیکشن کیلئے اب سے تیاری کی جائےورنہ ازلی اصول یہ ہے کہ  تاریخ سے سبق نے لینے والے  خود تاریخ بن جاتے  ہیں۔ نوشتہ دیوار نہ پڑھنے والے  دیواروں کے پیچھے چھپ جاتے ہیں۔  زندہ  وہ قومیں رہ جاتی ہیں  جو حقیقت کا سامنا کریں اور حالات کا دھارا تبدیل کرنے کا تہیہ کرلیں۔

نوٹ:   کالم تمام ہوا تو ایک باوثوق ذرائع نے کنفرم کیا۔کہ کچھ قوتوں نے طے کیا تھاکہ اس دفعہ یہ سیٹ جماعت اسلامی کو نہیں ملی گی۔ اب ایسا کیوں ہوا؟ تو اس کا جواب تو جانتے ہونگے جنہوں نے یہ طے کیا تھا۔

A Conversation with Dr Mumtaaz Hussain: Nayab Chairman Village council Fatehpur Swat KPK

Dr Mumtaaz Hussain have been elected as a Nayab Chairman for Village Council Fatehpur Swat KPK in Local Bodies Election held on 30 May 2015.
on 20 August 2015 we made a conversation with him , discussing  various local issues and there solution through local bodies government setup.

Question: I have heard that you are organizing a committee of youngster in village. We want to know that what is its purpose ?
Answer : Currently we have not awarded with any authority from the government but I think I should establish an organization locally in the village, comprises of 100 to 500  youngster. The manifesto of this non- profit organization will be above all the political parties. As it will be a welfare organization , so no one will talk about their parties but will talk for the interest of village welfare.. It means that we will collectively made our manifesto of our organization.
Question : Distribution of development fund will also be done through this organization ?
Answer:  Yes, yes , of course . I will give them the authority and responsibility to spend the developmental fund of the village by there self by mutual understanding and decision.      
 Moreover I give provide them all the governmental papers which I'm going to signed.
Question: Our Village is facing electricity problem. You saw that we spent the Eid with out electricity and no one rise a voice. What would be your plan to cure this problem.
Answer:  actually , this is a national issue but then every village has its own issue.
as our village population have grown a lot much , so it have putted burden on transformer by utilizing more electricity by the population resulting a low valotage.  The electric wires are out of date , so as the transformer. I will make my effort to talk with WAPDA authorities for the renovation of electric wires .
Moreover I am thankful to Zafar and Tariq for there volunteer services for the village who alway take care of transformer and electric issues. Due there presence we are quite comfortable if the WPDA line-man does not present on time. As usually it happen.

Stunning Reaction of Imran's Opponent over Imran-Tariq Jameel Iftaar Party and the Way Forward.

A hot discussion have been observed over social and print media about Imran Khan and Maulana Tariq Jameel Iftar party. Every one is making a comment over this event in his own way , whether they belong to  religious ,secular or any political group. Every one is picking up the points of his comfort and interest.
Ideally , it is the right of a every common man to rate a public figure through his opinion. Hence Maulana Tariq Jameel and Imran khan cannot be  excluded from this very right of, but regarding the event ,no one has done justice  with while commenting .
In my personal opinion there are some aspect that needs attention.

1. This was not purely a religious nor social event , therefor  it does not suit to Imran Khan's opponent to comment on it.
2. The second interesting point is that , that secular people looked quit religious while commenting . They discussed the points about Confidential and non-confidential matter in Islam (محرم و نا محرم) with full zeal. Hence they called Maulana Tariq Jamil a big sinner.
3. The Religious element have also provided nutrition to the stance of seculars by highlighting the issue in a negative way. 

I dont want to comment upon the behaviour of secular and the Imran's opponent but I will request to those people who genuinely love Islam, that please be carefull while commenting about Muslim scholars until and unless you don't have  genuine information about there strategies and intent. Just don't revile religious figures based on  your fancy supposition.
Who know the intention of Maulana Tariq Jameel about this meeting in Aftaar. ? but  I have a good supposition that he would have done this for Tableeghi purpose.... else Allah know better .

Serious incapacities of Jamaat e Islami

Jamaat e Islami (JI)  has always been bent upon dedicating its loftiest services to Army establishment in particular and in return never tended to get recruited its competent and patriotic workers. 
The lesson learnt of 1965, 1971 and Afghan war too is, that Jamaat failed to introduce its workers to the corridors of powers. Ironically in Afghan war too, Jamaat strictly avoided the practice. In contrast other parties like PLMN, PPP, ANP, MQM and even PTI of yesterday fully opted the choice with scrupulous recruitment in administration. The result is these parties retained their position but Jamaat is still acting like a step mother in eyes of establishment. 
So I think that if same generosity is continued, we will soon be disappeared like a voice in the air and a drop in the atmosphere. In this engineered and mechanical era, change is nothing without controlling the reigns of perks and powers!

A fascinating work by Paulo Friere 'Pedagogy of the Oppressed'.

I am reading a fascinating work by Paulo Friere 'Pedagogy of the Oppressed'. The basic theme of the book is about reflecting on the reality of a situation and then changing it through a well thought action to create a new desirable situation ie transforming the world through reflection and action. Paulo says a word without action is mere verbosity and action without reflection is unconsidered activism. I am half way through the book and it seems a 164 pages commentary on the verse 10 of Surah al Fatir of Quran:

"Whoever desires honor [through power (change of situation as per Paulo)] - then to Allah belongs all honor (extrapolating honor it becomes realities/situations of Paulo). To Him ascends good speech (reflection/word as Pailo puts it), and righteous work (action according to Paulo) raises it. But they who plot evil deeds will have a severe punishment, and the plotting of those - it will perish." (Reflection without action is meaningless and action without reflection is futile)

Jamat-e-Islami : The missing points

Jamat Islami (JI ),  Being the oldest party of Pakistan . I feel really sorry for its defeat in Karachi and it’s rather surprising for me that PTI has been leading with 50% vote in the constituency despite that PTI has not served Karachi in contrast to JI in the past.

If I look back and see the contribution of JI to Pakistani society in various field of life then I don’t find any match, especially in private sector, in education, health, disaster management and ideological boundaries. But still JI has not converted its struggle into a political win. 
Why is that ?

Recently I came up with a various discussions with non JI’s in Islamabad engaging them in various burning topics and I tried to figure out the orientation of peoples minds toward JI leadership and polices.  I realized that what people think about JI and why they vote for other parties rather than JI.

People think that .......

1. JI leadership is not attractive that much to be accepted wholeheartedly .Because they don’t think out of the box.
2. They don’t speak in common language of the public, But they have a self-centered approach to problems.
3. Mostly of its leader are out dated and are away from the recent changes and trends that is happening in our society.
4. They are not agile and dynamic and remain stick to its outdated principals which need a lot of improvement.

In short, they think that they are just like Muallas.

May be all the above points may not be valid but this is what I  summarised .

In the past JI was not like this, in the leadership of Syed Maudodi (RA).  In that time JI was considered a very vibrant and organized party by properly utilization the worker talent and capabilities.

Now,  I think that volume wise JI workers have been increased but this doesn’t turned JI into a wining position on the political front. So it means that JI is missing something …….!

The missing point is this , that JI should have to focus on recent trends which is the best way to change the opinion of public and what is being practiced by PTI and its outcome is very positive.

Now every one of us has realized that Pakistan media is a change agent and affecting mind frequently.  The space given to JI is proportionally very less and un-effective.  

If JI focus on this area .So that to put a great impact on Pakistani society then they have to establish a robust media team which should be  research oriented. Their task should be to produce multimedia content with the help of professionals.

Moreover they need to invest in national media to be awarded with proper, frequent and positive coverage.  

I hope in next election JI can attract public opinion toward their self.

Pakistan Media is Biased in NA 246 karachi Election Coverage

Talat Hussain (Journalist ) has raised a question in his program that the media coverage is totally unbalanced  especially in NA 246 Karachi.

The Electronic channels forget  that , not only PTI and MQM is in the battle field  but Jamat Islami (JI ) has also have strong vote bank and worker activism in the constituency.
The media seems that it sidling one party while promoting another party and this behaviour can be term as rigging before election through media.

Media reports should be based on facts and figure , not by keeping its own political agenda.
He said that its is true that media can change the mind of people in election campaign by portraying a party activities from the front and recently media give coverage only to PTI and MQM while a very negligible coverage is given to JI.
This is a question mark on media ?????

9 Zero’s Raid : the beginning.

In the first half of last year while Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (N) government was following the same path of Zardari’s rule and probably still is.
 The opposition party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) took up the matter of electoral fraud was declared on the streets. Model Town Lahore, tragedy compels the workers of Minhaj ul Quran to join sit in for justice. The protesters in the country's capital create tension for rulers. In the name of saving democracy government and opposition (PPP, JUI, ANP, MQM and other small fictions of Parliament) was standing in the same row. The masses are probably looking forward for getting attention of third force. As “Go Nawaz Go” had become a national popular slogan.
 But this time, instead to lift a finger, the third force adopts the policy of, “wait and see”. And the parade of the Army Public School harrowing tragedy occurred. The event benefits the compound military. The whole civilian’s team was bold by the situation as the politicians are incapable to meet the law and order challenges of the country. This  time military bridge the gap and secure their position in constitution under 21st Constitutional Amendment to tackle with terrorism. There is apparently now in the Assembly. To spend millions and anonymously through daily life is the president. The Prime Minister and Ministers .

You can easily call it a democracy,  to satisfy your heart, but its not. The fact is that the current system is a soft martial law which gradually will be stiff. Transfer of powers from Islamabad to Rawalpindi, perhaps due to leaning towards India. The worst unrest in the country and the government's failure to prevent the tragedy Model Town, including some others blames. After the success of the operation Zarb e Azab and in particular by implementing the National Action Plan muggy her fullest sense of the military force. Not only internally but the United States, China, Britain and Afghanistan was also evident from the recent visits by foreign powers that might actually acknowledge the Pak army.

            As soon as possible the completion of the operation Zarb e Azab, Karachi was beginning to clear. The extortion, corruption and killings committed horrific stories. Zardari's party, there was an effect less to handle situation. Being self-government and Zardari the corruption charges is under enormous. The central government also avoids picketing make banana understanding compound interest was justified and accepted was invalid. The MQM also shake hands with both PML (N) and Zaridari. In the response, unrest get speed in Karachi. Two hundred and fifty of people burned alive in the Baldia Town factory tragedy. MQM is declared responsible for the unfortunate event by joint investigation team (JIT). But due to so called democracy and politics of self-interest still no justice were provided to the victims of Baldia accident. In the presence of poor government and unaffordable law situation the Ranger declare red alert across the city to start operation clean up.

 In this detoxification process the center of the MQM “Nine Zero” was raided. According to Rangers convicted criminals, target killers and foreigners prohibited arms are recovered during raid.
 The act of Rangers makes two things clear.  
Firstly we know it is not “unknown persons” in Karachi unrest individuals involved are links with Nine Zero. 
Second, the raid caught on Nine Zero is not the end but the beginning of filtration may be location, situation and techniques should not be like Nine Zero. Terrorism and extremism in the country, including all kinds of political corruption will be not tolerated. Detoxification process must continue without any discrimination. If clean-up is keep restricted against specific groups or a special party. Then questions will be asked naturally.

 What political parties do?
 The question is valuable. It is possible that all political parties become fully democratic and announce zero tolerance for any armed activities of any kind of abandon and people involved in any non-constitutional matters to  be withdraw from.

       What the Army doing, is right. But it is a fact that they must never forget that ruling is the job of politicians. However, any traitor of the country must be encounter by the army. It’s mandatory for army to obey and facilitate the patriotic government.

               Finally, the most important question is what the people do???? 
The answer is, We believe that this is our country and we have until it is. Therefore do not vote to corrupt one. Say no to any sort of extremism. Join hand to rebuild the country according to the vision of Quaid.

Islami Jamiat- Talba (IJT ) University campus Peshawar,  strongly opposes the academic irregularities in University of Peshawar ( UoP ) .The university administration Including the vice chancellor is involved in all kind of financial corruption and irregularities. We demand for impartial investigation against all fake degrees holders including environmental sciences case and some fake PhD holding teachers of the UoP . The Vice chancellor is trying to blackmail teachers and the provincial government of PTI. We also demand from the administration to take action against all kind of illegal activities at the larger campus as quality and academic graph of UoP has fallen down in the HEC recognized universities ranking during the Voice chancellorship of ‪ Dr Rasool Jan in the last 3 years due his ruthless administration and he is taking no interest in the academic progress of the university. He is just working for his personal interests and promotion of   Awami National Party (ANP) affiliated teachers.

Rasool Jan,the Vice chancellor of University of Peshawar, whose appointment was made 2 years ago purely on political basis. Now he has spoiled the university academically and administratively, only to rescue his post. He has awarded higher degrees to the  teachers who supporting him in his irregularities and corrupt actions along with Hizbullah( Director Admission, PUTA President and Registrar University of Peshawar ). He victimizes other innocent teachers and students.

 For this immoral act ,he uses university resources, which has defamed university impression. Recently vice chancellor has motivated student wing of ANP over has self-made issue of Murad Saeed papers to damage peaceful environment of university. We strongly condemn his lethal acts to university and inshallah Go VC GO campaign will be lunched soon.

University of Peshawar violated rules for MNA Muraad Saeed

Peshawar university violates all rules and regulations of examination for one ‪MNA‬ of ‪#PTI‬ ‪ ‎Murad Saeed‬ who is famous that he is Gold Medalist .In fact (Aniqa is the gold medalist of session 2008) in environmental science but in reality he was failed in the papers Introduction to environments science( Dr Nafees) and Remote sensing(by Mr. Zahid). Two  days before he came and ordered the department administration to arranged his failed papers. The department followed the orders of MNA. Murad Saeed attempted 2 papers in one hours while the duration of one paper is 2 hours. Not only he attempted the papers in one hour but his papers was checked and given 60 and 50 marks respectively and the result was signed and declared in the same hour. 

As per semester rules of HEC the maximum duration for completing BS degree is 7 years with 136+- credit hours.
‪‎Murad‬ Saeed got admission in 2005 in Univesity of Peshawar and it's 2015 now.
According to rules his passed semesters result should be declared canceled and will get fresh admission in 1st semester following university admission procedure.

Traditional Tikkha Treat with friends

Peshawar is always been famous for traditional Pakhtoon dishes and it would be an  injustice  if you miss the delicious food of Peshawar on visiting the capital of Khyber Pukhtoon Khwa.
In this regard Namak Mandy ( A food street) and University Road is unforgettable spots . A variety of small and large restaurant is there to offer you the best of local traditional , national and international dishes. 

Seekh Tikkha of small animal , like goat and cattle is a lovely dish among Pukhtoon people but now  foreigner also come and enjoy this more than the puktoon as its taste is matchless. Once you eat , you will never forget. Moreover it will always drag you to taste it again and again like me.
I have been a big fan of Charsi Tikkha shop. When I was studying in Peshawar University. I always used  to visit it bimonthly with friends but you know, in student life one always have a limitation in budget. In this kinda of situation , then we have to chose some low budget restaurant like Shinwari at Tambwano at Tehkal. 

Last night on Saturday , After 6 month we , (the friend of ITEC)  once again planned a get together and fortunately the venue was again decided to be the Charsi Tikka  ( thumb up )

A lucky men ( me and my friend Imran ullah ) started traveling from Islamabad toward Peshawar. On the whole way we were excited for two things , a gathering of my scattered friends ,as all are now doing job in various cities and the meat of goat :). Don't laugh: Tikkha is my weakness.
We all reached there at 8 pm. Mehboob Ullah , Ishfaq Ahmad and Sami Ullah  already have placed the order by selecting menue as they have reached earlier and waiting for us to join them.

The Peshawri friends welcomed us warmly and hot debate/ gossip starded. It was really an awsome feeling while reminding the memorable moment of internship in IT directorate Peshawer. 

The 8 month intership have teached us more than just programming and software development. It have blessed us all with the best company of like minded people. Now every one is having a succeful professional life in their respective field of interest. 

At this occasion we missed our two great buddies  , Waseem Ullah and Xia  Ullah ; the one is in Canada while the other was absent due some other appointment. 

Thanks to Mehboob Ullah And Sami Ullah for paying the bill. Lol,   it doubled a fun when you having a Seekh Tikkha and Karhi while the bill is paid by other.....

Its important to mention that Mehboo Ullah has tie the knot  and Sami Ullah is soon leaving for Saudi Arabia for job.

Now , this is the hot topic for media onward that day.In fact , he showcased a best example for other Muslims leaders too and revealed on them, the importance of prayer. He taught it by practical example that how much significant it is, when Allah call you to His home. Then a man  should resume all his businesses to attend the court of Allah.

It is a positive sign that Saudi is now changing and preparing for an effective and responsible role in Islamic world.

If you don’t have an email , you cannot have the job....!

A jobless man applied for the position of ‘office boy’ at a very big company.
The employer interviewed him, then a test: clean the floor.
“You are hired.” – the employer said. ”Give me your email address, and I’ll send you the application to fill, as well as when you will start.”
The man replied, “I don’t have a computer, neither an email.”
“I’m sorry,” said the employer, “if you don’t have an email , you cannot have the job.”
The man left with no hope. He didn’t know what to do, with only $10 USD in his pocket.
He then decided to go to the supermarket, bought a 10 kg tomato crate, then sold the tomatoes door to door. In less than two hours, he succeeded and doubled his capital. He repeated the operation 3 times and returned home with $60 USD. The man realized that he could survive by this way, and started to go everyday earlier, and returned late. Thus, his money doubled or tripled everyday. Shortly later, he bought a cart, then a truck, and then he had his own fleet of delivery vehicles.
Five years later, the man’s company was one of the biggest food retailers. He started to plan his family’s future, and decided to have a life insurance. He called an insurance broker and chose a protection plan. When the conversation was concluded, the broker asked him his email. The man replied: “I don’t have an email.”
The broker replied curiously, “You don’t have an email, and yet have succeeded to build an empire. Do you imagine what position you could have if you had an email?”
The man paused for a while, and replied: “An office boy!”

What Other Provinces Can Learn from Punjab

Technology play a great role in solving problem of modern age. The scope of the solution is unlimited but effort and vision is required. The Punjab Governed left no stoned unturned when it comes to facilitate public unlike other provinces.

 A lot of the credit to this change can be given to the Punjab Information and Technology Board (PITB), headed by the Chairman Dr Umar Saif since 2011. Saif - who received his PhD from Trinity College, Cambridge - also serves as the Vice Chancellor of the Information Technology University in Pakistan, after a four year stint teaching and working at MIT.

The Pakistani province of Punjab holds more than half of the country's population and in 2011 it was facing a dengue epidemic, with 21,000 cases and hundreds of fatalities. Part of the problem was the haphazard of digitisation of records, which made it hard to co-ordinate work across departments. The solution that the PITB came up with was to create a smartphone application that could be distributed to workers and officials in the various government departments engaged in tackling dengue. The app was used to track the work being done to fight the disease, and to also map the spread of dengue.

 Saif shares his insights into the challenges of bringing a technology solution to a government problem.

"Historically, IT departments around the world have stuck to using personal computers as the platform for their solutions," Saif explains, "and this has some fundamental flaws. Governments spend billions buying the hardware and software, but the uptake of technology is very low."

"The bureaucracy - particularly the lower tiers, are not computer savvy, and PCs have a lot of infrastructural needs," he adds. "And a senior bureaucrat will often not want to use the computer either, and just gives it to an assistant in a back room. That's the state of things in Pakistan, and I suspect, in countries like India too - such devices are used more as typewriters."

To work around these constraints, the PITB invested in Android smartphones - cheaper ones for the lower level staff, and high-end ones for the senior officials - and distributed these devices with a few work-related pre-installed apps along with some paid for talk time and messages.

In 2011, when Saif joined the PITB, smartphone penetration was growing fast, and the networks were growing as well. With their own batteries and wireless connections, phones solved one of the bigger problems that PCs faced. But more than that, Saif says that the phones also come with "social value."

"You can call friends and family, watch a film, or play games on the phone," says Saif. "They're intuitive, and everyone wants to use one, so they won't get handed off to an assistant. So with the hardware taken care of, we [the PITB] could focus our efforts on developing smartphone applications for automating government work."

The PITB team would go on to develop an automated platform with which they could crank out simple, template-based apps for government departments in minutes, based on the queries that each department needed to track, but the first stage - after convincing an extremely sceptical bureaucracy - was making the dengue tracking app.

 

The app needed to be able to track the location of each report, save pictures both before and after interventions to measure their effectiveness, and also share this information to a centralised database. This helped the team in locating the epicentre of the disease, and tracking the aedes larva. To do this, the PITB equipped the field workers to track the containment activities, so that all incidents, larvae, and control activities could be viewed on a map to track trends and developments.

"We bought 1,500 smartphones and giving them out to different government departments," says Saif. "So everything you [the workers] do, go to a house, or do some fog spray, or use the chemicals to kill the larva in a pond of water, or you clear a puddle of water, or shred some tyres, or you are putting some fish in a pond, which will eat the larva, any such activity; [the workers] take a before and after photo, which geotags the activity, and time stamps it. We have entomologists who go around looking for the larva, and they geotag their findings as well. We use this as a predictive tool to figure out where the patients will come from. We also geotag the houses of the confirmed patients; the system carries out statistical analysis, and raises alerts and highlights that on the map and automatically messages the district staff as well."

This also solved one of the big issues that had been facing the different departments - staff accountability. Since all the work is being geotagged and time stamped, if there is any lacuna, it is possible now to zero in on the exact area and time where photos needed to be checked. Accountability was in fact the biggest selling point to many of the heads of departments, to get better insights into the work their staffers were doing, according to Saif.

The project was a success - dengue is no longer at epidemic status in Punjab - and with World Bank funding, the core idea has been rolled out to multiple functions of the government. Agricultural expansion is now being tracked and verified, drug inspectors are uploading data on all the pharmacies they check, while the police in Lahore geotag all crime scenes to analyse patterns in crime.

"Often there are external factors which would affect the incidence of crime in an area," says Saif. "The map visualisation makes it possible to understand the problem and take preventative measures. For this reason, each station has two smartphones now."

If you think about it, that's not actually so different from most location-based social networks that exist right now, and once the PITB got the green light, it did not take them long to get prototypes running. Saif credits Burhan Rasool, a member of the PITB, with having done most of the actual coding required. Since then, Rasool has created several more applications for the PITB - 26 in total - which are being used in different spheres of the government.

Aside from smartphone applications, the PITB has also taken a page from the work being done in India, and is trying to move Punjab away from a stamp paper regime, by digitising land records. Along with this, the board is also rolling out educational campaigns on the phone, and SMS outreach programs, similar to the work being done in parts of India.

Three years ago though, all this was still pretty far off, and Saif had an uphill task of convincing people that the project would bring about the desired results.

"Convincing the district officers, then 17 government departments, was a challenge," says Saif. "Two and a half years down the line people have come to see the value and it has become easier, but it was definitely an uphill struggle at first. The Chief Minister's [Shahbaz Sharif] support was "We make the data public, that makes it harder to be inefficient, and will cut out commissions and bribes, and so there can emerge an adversarial relationship," says Saif.

Along the way, Saif has learned a useful lesson, which he believes is important for people here to know as well.

"When you talk to IT people," he says, "we often see the ideal solution. And the behaviour of people at the ground level does not always get factored into our thinking."

Instead, Saif believes, technology should be used as a measurement tool.

"Identifying the bottlenecks - are people doing their jobs properly - this is the real way in which to drive progress. Use technology to drive decisions, instead of replacing the existing processes."

The Agents of British Rulers had Got lands in Return for their betrayal | Siraj

A man belonging to a middle class family is now challenging the feudals of Pakistan  while saying that  millions of people in the country did not have a piece of land to raise a shelter while feudal lords were not aware of the boundaries of their lands. He said Jamat Islami ( JI)  after coming to power would distribute the vast land of political pharaohs and pundits in Punjab and Sindh among land less tillers. He said the agents of British rulers had got these lands in return for their betrayal of Islam and the nation, therefore, the poor farmers had a right to get these lands.

Sirajul Haq advised the rich not to test the patience of the poor too much lest they should compel to march towards their palaces. All those exploiting the masses should realise if they did not mend their ways, the public would be compelled to rise against them, he warned.

He said two years performance of the present government had been disappointing as price hike, loadshedding, lawlessness and unemployment had made life of people a hell. “The problems of the ministers and assembly members of the ruling party are being solved while the problems of the masses remain unsolved,” he remarked.

JI ameer said Pakistan was an agricultural country and its farmers worked hard day and night, but they did not get any return for their labour. When their crop was ready, the industrialists would lift the produce on extremely low rates and the growers remained high and dry, he said.

Sirajul Haq said for the last 68 years, the masses had been feeding serpents who were biting them now. He said the power in the country was in the hands of feudal lords and capitalists who were holding the entire system as hostage. The tiny elite was in control of all the national resources and it was least worried about the problems and difficulties of the common man as its sole interest was in prolonging its rule. These people would show up only when they needed the votes of people, he added.

Sirajul Haq reiterated that JI after coming to power would provide subsidy to the growers on seeds, fertiliser, pesticides and farm machinery. Besides, he said, the JI government would provide free treatment to people suffering from diseases of cancer, heart, kidney, hepatitis and thalassemia at government hospitals. The citizens having monthly earnings below Rs 30,000 would be provided basic food items including flour, sugar, tea, rice and cooking oil on subsidised rates. He said JI did not have to take up arms for an Islamic revolution and would achieve the goal through democratic struggle.

This time his vice seems true and heart touching as his own life is the reflection of his thoughts.
