Iceland forced their prime minister out of office after he failed to give clarification, David Cameron had to present answers to the British Parliament and protests launched across Britain and globally investigations began across many countries. But to date, besides tales of sadness and miracle of billions made by what seems to be born geniuses, the Pakistani nation still has no answers and the institutions of justice have failed to bring accountability.
