What Najam Setti has to do with cricket?

Like other governmental department, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has also gone through various break down in  past few years and  result is a bad defeat in T20 World Cup in Bangladesh.

The actual story is, from whence Najam Setti has been appointed as the new chairman of PCB, a great frustration have been observed among the cricketers all over Pakistan whether ex-players or General Cricket lovers and observers .  They believe that the dismissal of Zaka Ashraf (Ex-chairman PCB) from the chair was totally based on political influence as PML (N) did not want him any more ,despite they want some one of their choice who can pursue their planning according  to their wish.

In this context, Najam Setti is the only person form whom most stories begins and end. Due to his dual nature, he has been an acceptable person for every government, from Parvez Musharaf to PPP (P) and now PML (N). He has been a  clever player to loot the luxuries in all the previous governments by using his selfish journalistic tactics and nowadays he has a good timing to grab full benefits from his current position as a chairman of PCB.
  On one hand he is doing journalism while on the other hand he has a good settlement in government corridors. So for us it’s not a peculiar thing if we see him as a chairman of PCB.

In addition, Najam setti is a very sharp man in this regard. He is a man to do everything for his personal gain and many people believe that he has ample ability to keep his subordinate happy by sharing profit with them. So it’s a convenient way to keep their mouth locked.  That’s why, no one in the whole cricket board speak against him. May be their will also be some decent individual in PCB but due to high influence of Setti , they might not be able to rise their voice against him.

At this instant, as Pakistan have faced a discreditable setback in T20 would cup. In such a heartache time still Setti played well by using his sharp tongue ; making dishonest analysis of the situation.

Some people may disagree with me but as far as I am concerned, the only reason which Najam Setti has been given the seat of chairmanship of PCB, is due to the loyalty which he has with India as compared to Pakistan. He always thinks that Pakistani are stupid. Clearly it means that he is not a Pakistani, all he is doing is just acting and pretends to be a Pakistani. in fact he has been succeeded.

Moreover ,a man of such a views, is frequently getting much more space in the main stream media with the assistance of India, is red signal for Pakistan’s Ideological frontiers.  Zaka Ashraf elimination had been occurred just to bring Najam Setti and the “big 3 issue” was just a fake impression.
