Why to Avoide Metro-Bus Travel in Twin Cities?

Metro Bus Islamabad/RawalpindiToday evening I was going to Faiza Abad from Blue Area. As usual I went to Shaheed-e-Millat station and found a huge crowed waiting for ticket in que  for metro bus. Thank for the card that I have already charged otherwise I had to wait in que for hours to get a yellow round ticket. Anyway, I moved forward and reached to the corridor from where I had to get on bus. There I found another long line of passengers waiting to enter the bus as it reaches after each five minutes. There some people whispered that the duration has also been increased from 5 minutes. Hence resulting the rush in every bus.

Moreover, this was not the only situation at this station. In the next consecutive stations the situation got worst and worst. I observed the rush more than in each previous station.  The number of passenger entering to the bus was proportionally greater than the exit.
remained seatless as there was no empty seat . The number of people inside the bus reached to its maximum and no space remained among  passenger's crowed inside. Even I was unable to move but was standing statically.

Finally ,my destination station "Faiza Abad " reached near and I started to move toward the bus gat. This time it was more difficult job because no one was willing to give me a space so that I can move out. I made a request to surrounding people that for God's sake let me to go and also made some pushes to create a way to escape. Hardly I have  succeeded to get out form the bus.

I’m reporting the whole story not because I have faced the problem myself but this is the story of each individual passenger who used to travel in metro bus. The system seems failed to provide a comfortable travel and good transportation experience.
I on behalf all the other citizen of the twin cities, request to government that kindly pay an attention to this very basic problem that has created a big tension among masses.

Metro Bus Islamabad/RawalpindiI think that the only way to resolve this problem  by increasing the number of busses as the current busses cannot fulfill the need of population.
More over, this crowded travel is the cause of many ethical problem.
It has been been reported that male and female pocket cutters  are also taking the advantage of rushe inside the bus and have looted many individuals.
Another dark side is this that due to rushe the male passengers often take the area and seats which are reserved for female. This is totally an unethical action. The metro bus administration should seriously take this matter in consideration
